Say Thank You

Recognizing hard work creates a trusting and loyal culture.  Hard working employees deserve a thank you every now and again.

You can say thank you in a few different ways.

  • Handwrite a thank you note and leave it on the employees desk.  Thank you notes never go unnoticed.
  • Send an email to an employee immediately after a task is complete.  Many employees may not think you recognize their attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Buy a coffee or lunch for an employee.  Taking a moment to catch up outside of the office environment is a great way to talk with your employees, show them how much you care about their hard work and allows you to get to know them a little better.

Take the time to know, understand and thank those who deserve it.
